Tina Wicks
Manager of Client Service & Project Management
Tina Wicks joined Total Image in 2005 with over 20 years of experience in Client Service and Operations management. Initially starting as the Client Service Manager, she then acquired responsibility of managing the Project Management department in 2006.Prior to Total Image, Tina served as a Customer Service Representative with Wilsonart International before obtaining the position of Operations Manager for a \\$50 million distribution center. During her tenure, Tina was instrumental in analyzing all business functions in order to develop and communicate processes and procedures that provided optimal customer satisfaction while reducing costs. In 2000, the distribution center received the award for operating efficiency, and then in 2002, Tina received the President’s Award for outstanding performance in the company.
Throughout her career, Tina has held firm in the belief that all aspects of a company must be customer focused. With this philosophy, valuable partnerships are developed and nurtured.
Tina holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Indiana University.
