Driving Sales.  Fueling Hunger.

In the ultra-competitive, price-sensitive world of convenience stores, driving customers inside to purchase food and drink is essential to Speedway SuperAmerica’s success. In addition to improving fuel sales, Corporate desperately wanted to find a better way to communicate to their customers the wide array of fresh food, drink and hot coffee offerings inside their stores.
That’s when they called us in.

After assessing various locations and their current retail marketing strategy, Total Image developed the “Ready. Fresh. Now!” brand image specifically for Speedway stores.

It was clear from the outset there was a tremendous opportunity to add strategic branding elements, both inside and outside the store. Thus, we created numerous elements including fuel dispenser graphics, a newly branded canopy, hanging elliptical area identifiers, a cash wrap valance, and many more innovative enhancements – all under budget. The “Ready. Fresh. Now!” theme was carried throughout the retail store design to remind their customers that Speedway offers more than just fuel. Our extensive capabilities in retail store design, engineering, manufacturing, and implementation proved to be the key solution to increased food/drink sales and in-store traffic.

Currently, the target goal of this project is to update over 1,400 locations over the next two years.
